Approximately 45 pupils from 4th, 5th and 6th class will travel to the Aviva Stadium this Sunday, November 4th, for the FAI Cup Final between Dundalk and Cork City. Please note that only pupils who have already brought in their permission slip and €5 will be permitted on the bus.
Pupils should show up to the gates of the school near the bridge for 1pm sharp. They must wrap up warmly as it is expected to be a cold and possibly wet day. Pupils should bring a lunch with them and may bring a small treat if wanted. They may bring a small amount of money but are warned that the prices for food and drinks in the stadium are very dear indeed!
Pupils are expected to return to the school for 5.45pm.
This will be delayed if the game goes to extra time and penalties; in that event, parents will be texted using the Aladdin app.
Please note that teachers are giving up their Sunday to supervise and that pupils should be collected on time if they are not permitted to walk home by themselves.
